Under the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), certain information you provide through our eligibility quiz is classified as Sensitive Personal Information (SPI), including:

• Your primary disabling medical condition or health status
• Information about your inability to work due to a disability
• Details about your Social Security Disability claim history

You have the right to limit our use of your Sensitive Personal Information to only what is reasonably necessary to connect you with a licensed disability attorney. We do not use your health information for any purpose other than attorney matching. Your Rights Under California Law

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), gives California residents specific rights regarding the sale and sharing of their personal information. These rights include:

What Information We Collect and Share

In operating our attorney connection service, we collect and transmit your personal information — including your name, contact details, state of residence, and information about your SSDI or SSI claim — to licensed disability attorneys in our curated network for the purpose of matching you with the most qualified specialist for your situation.

While this transfer of information is the core purpose of our service — and is necessary to match you with the right attorney — we want to be transparent that under the CCPA definition, sharing your information with attorneys in our network may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" of personal data.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information in any of the following ways:

• Email: Send a request to support@superstoreunlimitedideas.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell My Info" and include your full name, email address, phone number, and state of residence so we can identify your record
• Phone: Call us at (619) 802-7105 and request to opt out
• Online Form: Complete the opt-out request form below

We will process your opt-out request within 15 business days of receipt and will not sell or share your personal information after processing your request, subject to any exceptions permitted by law.

Revoke Consent / TCPA Opt-Out

If you previously submitted your information through our site and wish to revoke your consent to be contacted by phone, text, or email by us or any attorney in our network, submit a revocation request below. We will process your request and notify our attorney network within 10 business days as required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

Previously Submitted Information

If you have already submitted information through our quiz and wish to have it deleted in addition to opting out of sale, please submit a deletion request to support@superstoreunlimitedideas.com with the subject line "Delete My Information." We will process deletion requests within 45 days as required by California law.

Global Privacy Control

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser is configured to send a GPC signal, we will treat it as a valid opt-out request for the sale and sharing of your personal information from that browser and device.
