2. Eligibility

• An attorney or their staff may contact you by phone, email, or text message — including via automated dialing systems — to discuss your potential case
• There is no obligation to retain any attorney who contacts you
• Attorney services are provided on a contingency fee basis — attorneys may not charge upfront fees and may only collect a fee if they successfully obtain benefits on your behalf — exact terms vary by attorney and should be confirmed directly
• We do not control the outcome of any legal matter, and we make no guarantee of results

4. Consent to Be Contacted
